It gives your sammy a little crustiness AND a little bite of flavor. Heaven--I'm in heaven!! Seriously--you should get you some--it makes the BEST grilled cheese sammy's ever! Not a cheese I can afford to buy and grate over nacho's but something that is a nice indulgence on bread. Or crackers.
